1. Who we are

This website is run by BodyFX New Zealand Ltd, trading as WigFX (NZBN 9429036992102), 10 Collins Street, Morningside, Auckland 1025, New Zealand. "We", "us" and "our" mean WigFX. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Hiring from us

Adding pieces to a quote and sending it is a request, not a booking. Once you accept our quote, we send you a hire agreement. A hire starts only when you have signed that agreement and paid. Every hire is covered by our hire terms and conditions, which form part of the hire agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with the hire terms, the hire terms apply.

3. Product information

We photograph every piece to show its real colour as closely as we can, but colours can look different on different screens.
Lengths are measured crown to tip, in centimetres.
Each piece has its own hire code, which identifies it in your quote and hire agreement.

4. Prices and availability

Hire rates on this website can change at any time. The price that applies to your hire is the one in your quote and hire agreement.
A piece shown on this website is not necessarily free for your dates. We confirm availability in your quote.

5. Using this website

Use this website lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
Don't copy, scrape or misuse the website or its content, or try to interfere with how it works.
If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

6. Our content

The photographs, logo, text and other content on this website belong to BodyFX New Zealand Ltd. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

7. Links and privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy. This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

8. Your rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
