Refund policy

WigFX is a hire service. Every hire starts with a quote from our team. Once you accept it, we send you a hire agreement to sign, and you pay the hire total and bond to confirm your booking.

Cancelling a hire

• More than 7 days before collection: full refund of the hire total and bond.
• 7 days or less before collection: we keep 50% of the hire total and refund the rest, including the bond.
• Production orders of 20 pieces or more, once we have started preparing them: we keep 50% of the hire total and refund the rest, including the bond.

Your bond

We refund your bond within 5 working days of the pieces coming back to us, less any charges for damage, loss or late return set out in our hire terms.

Fittings

Pieces taken for fittings and returned within the 7-day approval period are not charged.

Faulty pieces

If a piece is faulty when you receive it, tell us within 2 working days and we will replace it or refund its hire price. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
