Collection
Collect your hire from 10 Collins Street, Morningside, Auckland, between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. We will email or text you when it is ready. For after-hours collection, call 0800 263 939 and we will try to arrange it.
Courier within New Zealand
- We send hires by tracked CourierPost.
- Hires are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your booking being confirmed, or to meet your agreed hire start date.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within New Zealand.
- Courier costs are included in your quote.
Returning your hire
Return pieces by your agreed date. If you courier them back, use a tracked, signature-required service at your own cost. Pieces remain your responsibility until they reach us.
